Isn't the Firestorm supposed to be a bit of a serious beast to handle, ie: highside the inexperienced at the first opportunity, with proper superbike performance and riding position - or have I got the wrong bike - or its that just the SP2 version?

I'd love an Aprilia Falco, but stories such as "three months to get a new fuel filter" kind of put me off any Aprilia.

Scooby - didn't think BMW knew how to make a bad bike nowadays (or certainly thats what RIDE mag would have you believe), what was wrong with it?

The RC versions- SP1 and 2- are the superbikes, the Firestorm's like, well, a less good SV thou really Never really heard of the SP being a handful, didn't find it that way at all, it was however probably the worst bike for the road that I've ever ridden... On the right roads or on track it'd be utterly sublime though. But put it this way- get it to Knockhill or the Duke's Pass and I doubt there's many bikes I'd rather be on... Just that by the time I got there I'd want to set it on fire.
