30 years without riding a bike
30 years without having diabetes
1 year without a drop of alcohol
24 hrs without water, food, sleep and any rest .. just running and walking (quite proud of that actually)

Thought that I was going to have the longest break from riding a bike at 14 years, but Dave, you certainly beat me there

I didn't know that there's high odds ratio (probability) between not riding a bike and not having diabetes Sorry, had to get that one in - I'm a Biomedical Scientist after all
