In that case I cant work for you, sorry!

I remember you saying you had difficulty in your office, so hopefully this may resolve a few issues for you.

My missus had to let one her drivers go a couple of years ago, she sat him down and explained that the buisness was not making budget and that she had to let one driver go. The sad thing was they were all decent lads as well, so she statred to explain to him the reasons why he had to go and he burst into tears which started the missus off. So the two of them are comforting each when the drivers dad walks into the office without knocking, he was also a driver there, and he breaks down! In the end she managed to get him a transfer to another depot about 30 miles away and she still sees him occasionally, but I bet they never talk about that day! Thing is as a manager you have to make tough decisions for the sake of your buisness, you did the right thing Ed.

I'm not going to apply now, you had your chance, you obviously don't need my best skill.

Who's a£se WILL you pay me to sit on?

I work for £2:50 and a bag of chips a month, plus all the legal papers I can eat. I can double up as a courier, bouncer, obelisk, hatrack, couch, jam-disposer, cheese taster and door.

I am also the only member of the Russian ballet ever to walk on the surface of Mars.

Good call Ed!

From another point of view there is nothing as bad as working your ar$e off and seeing someone do nothing all day and collect more cash than you. So by getting rid of them, you've made sure your staff don't feel totally undermined too!

I'd put in an offer to replace them but I'm generally not clean-shaven, don't particularly like speaking to customers and am not nearly as multi-skilled as Pigbunk
