Is that the american "ninja 250" which the rest of the world knows as a GPX250 or an EX250 i.e parallel twin ?
or is it the zxr250 (zx-2r) 4 cylinder ?

just curious

Thanks for sending me this US site Viney, but it blows (no offense to you). You guy's board is WAY better. And this forum is the same setup as the Colorado Sportbike Club forum that I belong to here in the states. It's http://www.cosportbikeclub.org/forums. And you guys talk much the same way we do on our forum in terms of helping each other out, recommendations on gear, or parts, (not to mention - all the smart remarks we toss to each other back and forth) WAY MORE FUN THIS WAY.
Oh and BTW, I'll post up pics of the new Curvy when I get it on Saturday. God I'm excited to get it. Scared as hell, but excited. Whoo hoo!

The States lists it as a
1998 Kawasaki EX250-F12 Ninja R.
It's red with a purple "swoosh" and purple wheels. I bought it used and am not terribly fond of the purple pimp wheels. But can't ask for too much when ya buy used...lol

Well everything seems to be covered before I get here. Viney's told you how to lower it, Law's confirmed for anyone else looking in that the (better) pointies lower just the same way and just as well. Can i just add that I love my lowered bike, handles great and gives me so much more confidence than a stock bike.
Svrider Blows - excellent, glad to hear I'm not missing much then!
So a big welcome & with a name like that were you not always from the States? oh and snow - it's May it still not gone?

Yea, it's been a hard winter. We just had yet another snow storm in the 3rd week of April. Mother nature apparantly doesn't want me riding bikes. I think we've seen the last of it though.
And the name Bonnielass comes from the fact that I have a 1964 Triumph Bonneville. It's totally rebuilt and you could eat off of the bike I promise. It was my father's bike before he passed. He put it in the shop and two years later it came out shiney - georgeous. No scratches allowed on the Bonnie which is why I don't ride it much.
