Twist the trottle fully in 1st or 2nd, if it goes beyond 7k and if you really need to hang on it's stock.

Mine will still redline at 33hp, its whether it has any grunt above 7k thatll tell you.

Or you could just have a look...

Bump.

I've tried the baffle in the can, and it makes the flat spot smaller, maybe 200rpm instead of 500, at the cost of sounding absolutely narf.

However, I'm stuck with this 33hp sh1te for 2 years, so seems worth getting it jetted right as I use this bike every day.

Going to start with a small shim under the needles and see if that gets rid of it without fouling plugs, unless anyone has a better idea..

I just posted in that other thread But, I didn't realise it's restricted, all bets are off really So, I'd play with the jets and needles anyway, just to see what happens.
