You can be drunk and a perfectly good patient.

Refusing to treat someone who is aggressive is fine and as you say, perfectly normal, it's if people have a religious (yeah, boll0cks) reason not to treat someone who is intoxicated that's the problem. Whether anyone actually acts on that is something I don't know.

back on topic. I have been told that this is not a muslim prayer room, but a multi faith prayer room. Although the room contains no bibles and supposedly 7 copies of the quran, and removal of shoes is compulsory


So make your own interpretation of its purpose.
