I spend about an hour a day on the bike, thats 6 days a week every week, but if I can afford it I'll also go for a ride on my day off.

39 minutes a day commute. 5 or 6 days. Loads of bikers in the work to talk ******** about bikes all day. Bit of surfing during the day. (Shhh!)Bit of surfing at night.
"Surfing" on PC is a terrible waste of time compared to how little time is used to go for a run on the bike. Stick a "shooter" on , on the PC and its 2hrs before I look at a clock. 2hrs on a bike? 5mins to proper roads south,20mins to proper roads North. 2hrs....Thats getting to nearly anywhere in Scotland! |
