Theyre not massively tapered, I meant using TLS/R tb's, ive not played with SV thou stuff.

Through Allens (uk distributer) 41mm FCR's are £750 +vat, But the good thing with them is they always have a value so you dont loose much on them, esp in the uk, take a look on ebay even worn out oe zx7 ones fetch decent ££

650 super twins ireland theres no limits what you can do as long as you do not go over 650cc bore ,would just like to hear peoples opinions on what s best with common sence to get the best out of my bike without having to spend stupid money i have dropped the flatslide idea some times simple ideas work better and thats what i would like to hear thanks lads....

Dangerous Dave has about 110bhp out of his motor on stock carbs but that is bored and stroked.

Big valve head might work better if you are sticking to 650cc

Oh yeah bear in mind on the website of JHS racing, the price of the billet barrels you need to do an 800cc motor is listed as £ask, and described as "not cheap". From JHS that will be the understatement of the fackin century!

Billet crank, rods £1500. At least £600 in the heads. £550 on the exhaust.

Not a cheap motor.
