Thanks everyone... the knee seems a little tight and is a touch sore when going up stairs but it seemed to take some easy exercise at the gym tonight.

It was a early model RnG bung, the one with the single bolt that runs through the engine mount.

Damn you sir, stripping me of my title after only two days!

Really sorry to hear about this Dan, hope the knee heals okay. Don't push yourself too hard at the gym and keep on icing it for a few days please. Hope you manage to fix the bike okay too.

I will Caz, kept it to the Cross trainer, and then just a little warm up. Worked on the upper body instead.
Well I came in on the bike this morning and my forks so far seem fine, so its just the gear select, bar end weight, bung and panel to sort.
