I am an idiot. I am in sooo much pain today I can hardly move my left arm. I have taken as big a dose of my painkillers as I can and I am still in agony. Seems to be getting worse instead of better.

Nearly earlier on because it was so sore when I lifted a CUSHION! WTF?!!

i know how you feel... mines the same (has been for a loooooong time) and its driving me nuts...

i have just started doing a certain exercise and its going great.. only started yestardy and its 40% better today.. no make that 60%

Ask your GP for Diazapan[for night time] (to go with the painkillers to stop the spasming but NO drinking whilst you're on them. Or alternatively have two pints of guinness with them, not thinking, and slept for 14 hours. Mr's B thougt i'd died.
