In total agreement with you here Ralph - im single mum to three and this is how i ride too, not pushing myself to take risks and maximising the chances of rutrning home still on board. Its still a HUGE amount of fun and thats enough for me, i'm mum first, adrenaline junkie second!

Yep, I used to be a bit of an adrenaline junkie first TBH, never any thing really stupid mind, an SV isn't quick enough to do what some weekend warrors get up to. I am quite enjoying the slower speeds now too, I've realised that the bike is high enough to see over the hedges when it's not leaning at 45 degrees and the scenery is going past slowly enough to take it in.

Least you are ok but the bruises will make a pretty picture.

re the biking make no rash decisions and if it helps - mines is already away for the winter excpet for one finally trip. It too cold and the road salt is horrendous so there no shame in being the fair weather biker for the colder months!
