Dunno, about that, last time (corner 1 @ rockingham national) I just ended axle deep. Bike parked perfectly vertical, zero damage[1]. Just hauled bike out with the assistance of a marshal and continued the session (at a rather reduced pace).

I managed to make it right through the entire gravel trap at the end of the main national straight at rockingham lol. I just seemed to skim along the surface of it because it was damp.

Managed to stay on somehow on the wet grass after and just missed the Tyres, could have been a painful day.

I guess it all depends on the gravel trap...

The problem with trying to ride through the one at Paddock is that it's not very far, it's downhill, and there's a tyre wall on the other side.... Hang on, that's where we started this conversation isn't it?
