If you with the IAM you can get insurance though http://www.adelaideinsurance.com/ I use them for the bike and car they will either match the best quote or be the best.

Breakdown cover for me in any car, protected no claims, legal protection, car hire blah blah blah £25 summay a month with £100 excess ..... I'm happy with that (£284 per year on installments) And cause I had a home quote with them they knocked me £10 off car premium. Churchill can stuff right off
