Soylent Green surely, when the proles are banned from owning private vehicles or having electricity after 2200 hours, why will they need fuel? They can eat their Soylent Green and be happy. Not only that, the numbers of them reduced by cleansing will go towards making sure that we will have plenty of fertiliser!

My ideas are simple, no "fines" will be imposed on those who drive badly or too fast, quite the opposite. The police will pull you over for being good on the road and award you with a small cup of jelly and ice cream. Flavours of your own choice too.

Criminals will be taught the error of their ways of having whatever they ahve done to others done to them but just a little bit worse. Those who cant live in our Utopian society wont do jail time they will simply be shot into outer space. Without a ship to go in, just attached to a simple rocket that can get to outer space and then fall back to earth to be reused.
