The frame acts totally differently with very similar suspension and brakes.

Aesthetically the curvy varity frame looks better as naked, pointy varity frame looks better as faired. ie faired curvys dont look very good and pointies dont look good naked IMO.
Mechanically I dont know enough to see past the aespthetics in that respect, but if I were to attempt a project I do know it would be based on the pointy frame ![]() |

Like most have said Curvy frame GSXR suspension with correct ride height, 320mm disks with 4 pots, sort the swingarm out so its inkeeping with the frame and not an afterthought.
Full fairing and underseat exhaust and a 750. Sort of a Ducati 748 but one that you can ride everyday. |

quiet in the cheap seats , allow me to inform you the correct path to sv god'dom
naked, curvy frame (black), duke 2 style light shroud, sssa, wp suspension all round, usd forks (black), ajustable rear sets, under seat zaust, inbuilt mirror indicators, longer front fender, and make both the thou and 650 factory options to include - hard luggage, hand guards, tail tidy, single seat cowl, clear/smoked/coloured lenses ,gel seat, crash bars or sliders, kwack Z style rad plastics, ungraded zausts,heated grips, screen, shorty levers, abs ,TC, 12v power point, coms kit, colour coded wheels, power comander, chain and spocket option (more/less teeth) things to fix concider - mirror placement , dont make parts like N clocks rocking horse poo to find, avon storms as standard, decent bolts, use grease where appropriate before leaving the factory, and charge a fortune for extras in red especially on the 650 now who wants me running suzuki |

Get some proper chain adjuster things to get rid of the crap plates which inevitably scratch the swing arm.
I'd probably buy one if there was a 90hp with decent suspension and brakes. |
