Glad you had fun, buddy. I wonder if anyone who is going up this weekend for the ride out/bbq will come across it, or be able to ask if it's been handed in somewhere.

will look 2morra but it's around 1200.

main roads are like a race track. single track roads are narrow but fun. Applecross road is blooody scary especially when you get to the top and you cant see shizz coz your in the clouds and the odd bit where it clears you realise that you have dirty great big drops at the side of you, yes i was shizzing myself. worth it for the meal though. yes i chickened out and took the low road back.

was going to phone the local plod as people have told me there are a lot of cameras get handed in. only trouble is it's that small a case that it would be hard to see and guaranteed its been run over, dont care about the camera it's the SD card with me photies i want.

i'll remember the next time. it's a good excuse to do it all again next year

BTW Gordies are feckin nutz. met a bloke and his wife at Applecross and got chatting, as you do. turns out that they took a day trip from Newcastle yes that's right a DAY TRIP. now i thought i was an iron butt. best bit is they are like me they don't do main roads i reckon that's about 750 miles

duke multi.

i have considered doing Applecross in a day but decided feck that. my limit is about 350 after that my wrists get sore and my fingers go into cramp and my arz feels like it has been abused. i tend to stop about every 30-40 miles coz if i don't i go numb and my legs fall asleep.

they are blackshadows. i'm sure the tyre fitter bent one of them as they were fine before the new tyre went on and since then they have god steadily worse. i thaught it was the new tyres but it's the discs as i can now feel the pulsing in the leaver. i'll whip them off and see if its crud in the buttons (i hope).
