Just tried to find some of the old posts on teh subject, but no luck... There's a couple that have done it on (you guessed it) SV Rider, it'd be well worth your time to drop a message over there I think...
Putting the FI on the old bike looks to be an absolute bas**** though  So ou're well out of that!

Ordered my race BMC filter today. I told the guy about this site and if he gives us 10% off they'll be added to the list. Could be quite good for their sales given the lack of UK distributors.
