Singing in Covent Garden tomorrow night.

Might pop-in briefly on my way home (17:45) for a quickie or might cruise by in the cage later with a couple of blonde ladies and wave "hello" on my way through ...

If you wanna come, you've only gotta ask and I'll put your name(s) on the door!

Tired of mentioning it as no-one ever wants to go ...

WHHHHHHAAAAAAAHHHHHH!
*stamps foot and sulks*

S'not fair. Can't go now.

Meh.

It's for two really crappy (as in bad news rather than weak) reasons n'all. Firstly my collegue Bob got a call this afternoon that his sister was found unconcious by a neighbour and taken into intensive care. No more information for him than that - he's here in Northampton and she's in Manchester.

So, needless to say he's off up there tonight and it's unlikely we'll see him back untill Monday. With no-one else really to cover, I'm going into work tomorrow now.

I couldn't leave until 6pm at the earliest, and was planning to to that and be a late-show rather than a no-show...

... but I got back home from Kodo's checkup at the vet this evening with no dog.
I've had to leave him in so they can stick his lumps with needles! (oo-er missus)

I'll be hopefully picking him up tomorrow evening and then suffering the combination of joyfull reunion interspersed with sour looks he'll give me all night.

Sorry guys, I was really looking forward to this so I guess I'll just have to see if I can get another Friday off in the not too distant future.

Thanks for all the offers of guiding this retarded homing pigeon into Soho , I'll most likely take Greg up on the offer next time (or should that be 'first time'?!)

Oh yeah, and again...
... MEH!

Not to worry K, I think (looking at the forecast, though don't know why I bother) it's going to be a really rough evening weather-wise, so will decide late tomorrow afternoon whether I'll make the journey - don't mind a little wet but torrential rain plus hailstones the size of golf balls?
