Am I the only one that carries a roll of bog roll??? Nothing worse than getting caught short without it!!!
![]() ![]() ![]() I have got all sorts of aforementioned junk in my rucksack that I carry everywhere 'just in case', but forget the puncture repair kit, I reckon the bog roll is the most crucial item in there!!! ![]() |

Well I have a CO2 puncture repair kit. (Never had a puncture since I got it)
tie wraps spare bulbs spare fuses Enough tools to take off both wheels if needed, adjust the chain, take the tank up, remove the carbs. Also various other tools for those unexpected moments including adjustable spanner, and other sort of things. Also have spare levers. Surprised that no one else has mentioned this to be honest. It only takes a very small drop to snap a lever. Would be a damn bugger to be stranded for hours just because you didn't have a spare lever that you could put on in a few minutes. If all else fails I have my AA card. |

to the above add
cell phone, credit card, prophylactic(s). Well these go in your clothing not the kit bag. My insurance card has a road rescue feature for $25 a year, 100 mile ride home for bike. Cheaper than my airman sparrow which I also never used yet. |

AA card and mobile, combo of tools, wd40 miniature can,...............a toaster, a vase, the latest top of the range dvd travelling kit, a fine set of wine glasses and a cuddly toy
![]() ![]() regards the mobile, mate gave me an emergency battery pack for the mobile. when you want to use it and theres no charge left, just plug in the credit card type battery via the lead and you can make the call. great for emergencies. |
