Sure. It would be fun to play cops and robbers, who here has never imagined what it would be like to be a getaway driver, or wondered if with enough planning you could get from point A to point B with the cops all over you , but you're a tit if you actually do it for real.

In the UK once you realise they're chasing you you're already caught (one way or the other). Only car/bike thieves and serious criminals run.

Sorry, I'm confused... isn't this the reason that games consoles were invented? (GTA series, Driver etc etc)
