If you go to www.flashearth.com and wait till it loads, then choose Microsoft VE with labels and find the following co-ordinates, you can see the track...

54 degrees 34 minutes 40.5 seconds N
1 degree 11 minutes 16.5 seconds W

Postcode TS6 6LZ

The (big) Bike track uses the outside circuit and only the right hand side infield that bends round and back on itself before rejoining the track.

As it would be a closed track you could set it up as required and also run in one direction in the morning and the other way in the afternoon to give the tyres a chance..

Auto 66 racing Club also ran a meeting there for bikes this year (end of April)

anyway, it's just a thought.

and whilst I'm thinking, there's also this one...

Or there's Croft, or Knockhill, or Cadwell Park, or Mallory, or Donington, or...

Fair enough, but I'd imagine it'd be difficult to get Donnington exclusively for the Pennine Massive without doing at least three post offices and a bank

I'll shut up now

Cheers,
Carl

Could be up for the circuit at the boro, should suit the SV down to the ground with all those bends, I even think that one of the mini twin series may race there.

It started with a free Big Breakfast in Skipton, for me, Nemo, Ian and GMS - because the manager remembered us from the last run and said we were regulars!

Then, the blast up to Devils was amazing. Thanks to Tim for going to Midnight Mass last night - obviously he supped a bit more wine and put a bit more on the plate than normal, because the weather he asked for arrived spot on - blue sky all the way, and temperatures in the mid-70s!

But the best bit was the Police guy who met us at Devil's and, because things had been quiet before, not only radioed ahead and got his pals to shut off the road all the way to Hawes, but also made sure that it flowed one-way for the whole afternoon - just like the IoM!

The Michelin guys in the service area, on this basis, suggested a softer tyre than usual and would not accept a penny for them - something that Nemo put to good effect when he hit 187mph past Ribbleshead - he would have got it a bit faster but GMS was overtaking him at the time.

Even the travelling Police Marshal's were impressed with that one, particularly as it vindicated their suggestion that GMS ran open pipes for the afternoon - the Police Dyno got GMS's bike up to 103bhp with that mod!

Great day out - and I never had to use the tractor once to pull anyone from a field.
Boc next time you have breakfast at that cafe dont eat the mushrooms !
Nice to meet you again mate .See you on the next rideout I hope.
Nemo and Ian thanks for the alternative chicken strips rideout.Very enjoyable and I still cant believe that we kept dry Prob. see you up at Squires tomorrow . My turn for the tea
