From what I've seen at pepipoo, the pics may show how long after the red aspect the pictures were taken. In the first one your rear wheel is a good 6 feet past the stop line.

You would probably need to revisit the scene and find out how long the amber aspect is and if there is sufficient time to stop at the line when travelling at the speed limit.

Technically that doesn't prove the act, the light may have changed as the front wheel crossed the line which isn't illegal. However, you are supposed to be prepared to stop on an amber light unless it is unsafe to do so which you could claim becaue of the white line on the approach.

Yeah, and that's the problem with the law as it stands - the OP has to prove that it doesn't! Justice seems to work the other way around with cameras.

A tip for you Dappa, cover up or paint over your numberplate when posting pictures on the web (I didn't enlarge the other pic because of this so you can go back and edit it).

If that's the quality then I'd never get done... my plate is only marginally cleaner than the rest of the bike...

OTOH if you don't then if you get a nasty letter saying you were speeding you could claim that someone had cloned your reg from a picture on the internet...
