At this point you should have pulled into the middle of the road and slowed down until you found a place where she could not have gone round you in any direction. Stop the bike, stand down, get off and walk to her window. Explain in very firm, loud English (strongly embellished with the odd four letter word) that "IF YOU WANT A GO ON THE BACK OF MY BIKE, I'D APPRECIATE IT IF YOU'D ASK ME FOR A GO FIRST AND SECONDLY, GET OUT OF YOUR ****TING CAR BEFORE TRYING TO GET ON"

do 5 mph, thats what I do.

and more importantly - just laugh and don't let it bother you.

If needs be, overtake and do 5mph again if you feel you didn't get enough satisfaction the first time.

Like the overtaking bit to do it again... Could get dangerous though!

er, yeah, I tried this when I was on L-plates, only instead of making a point I binned it, and the so-and-so I was after ended up picking me up off the central reservation (long story - cut very short). In my defence the road was greasy, but what seemed like a good idea in the heat of the moment is now a right royal pain in the leg every time the weather gets cold and damp.

Still, I lived and I have now learned
