I had a no fault claim where I was hit from behind whilst stopped at a red light writing off me and the bike, Bennetts handled it all for me. Although the claim was settled reasonably quickly apart from the personal injuries, I had lost my NCD when they came to propose a renew. I called them and the girl on the other end said she would talk to the underwriters.


15 mins later she phones me. My NCD is reinstated and a new proposal. So good customer services.


Careful when you type in their URL on the web. I inadvertently found a glasgow gay bar with a very similar name. Honest mistake, promise.

They would not touch me, 38, brick garage, licence for 20 years but no ncb as first bike in years, no claims, no points. Their system did not even give a stupid e.g. quote of £1000
