Well done, Saoralba! Those leaving and going down the A9 to go home will miss out on a nice wee bit of chicanery next to Brown's(?) cafe between Granton-on-Spey and Tomintoul (I think) and if you have not gone up by Blairgowrie in either direction, you will miss out on the big fast sweepers they've put in just north of the town (missing out that old metal rattley single lane bridge bit). If you know the road, you will know what I mean.

Cafe? Cafe? Walford has a cafe! Bridge of Brown has a Tea Room and Craft Shop, dontcha know

In my experience there is always, and I really do mean always, a white van coming in the opposite direction at the chicane, appearing just at the moment when you're thinking 'too fast...'

Is that where you bought your frilly pinnie for your duties at the Air Support Service day out LOL ??

I have had a couple of run-ins with white van man too (but never actually 'interfaced' thankfully!). Why do they insist on sitting up your back-side when you are driving in the snowy wheel-tracks of the car in front?? If the road is that slippy/slidey there is the potential to fall off, then the roads are slippy/slidey enough to go driving over the top of me !
