Can anyone confirm that once your money is out of paypal, they can't take it out of your bank account to refund someone? I thought they couldn't but would like to know for sure. If they can I'll link it to my spare account.

Nope, they put a negative balance on my account then locked the account until it was brought back to zero! Screwed!

ah yeah I had them do that to me once - took a charge back for a purchase which I never made. I can't remember what it was but it was gonna take a few days to load some money back into the account, so I used my other paypal account to email some money to myself. Seemed to fix it straight away, then I was on with finding out what the hell was going on!

Has the guy got any items for sale at the mo carl?

That does suck. I havnt yet sold anything on Ebay, I do worry that people like these will flood me, knowing my luck they would!!!

He appealed, wouldn't go through the Parcelforce investigation so no chance of claiming for the damage so I agreed to send them back and informed him twice that I had moved (n writing) and gave him the new address. He refused and sent them to the old address. Someone at the old address signed for them and they have dissapeared.

He got to confirm delivery (so he could have sent them to his mate and got away with it) and I ahd no recourse once Ebay had locked the claim. My "rights" extended to being told to bend over and lube up!

So no wheels (that ParcelF*** smashed anyway) no cash and no recourse.

Oh, BTW, I was on hold with Ebay for 20 minutes (being charged through the nose as an 0800 number on my mobile) after already being on hold for 20 minutes, then they just cut me off.
