Oh and I forgot the final part of the rant.
She is subject to a restraining order and not allowed near the house, me or the children. That was effective from 1st January. And despite having notified HMRC guess who is still getting the child benefit payments... |

Don't forget the I'm still paying the mortgage even though i don't live there and we have no kids scenario, yeah been there done that, and **** still happens even 8 years later

It's at times like this I feel rather happy to have neither child nor wife. And the gf is a divorce lawyer, so if ever there was something to put a bloke off marrying a woman...
