I find that being a conservative voter isn't a very nice position to be in.

Labourites love slinging muck and belittling what I believe. It's popular to support labour (even though they didn't get in) and it's unpopular and seen as almost shameful to vote conservative (although more people who voted in the election voted for them than anyone else).

But they're my views and I don't think I've ever hidden them.

Don't think it's un-natural to bite back at this once in a while when it seems like an insult rather than a reasoned argument.

Actually I'm not, because I don't believe in everything they do. But the general slant is more in line with my view than any of the other parties.

Just a point . Don't think all con voters are muppets .
I do think my local mp is though.

They all the same regardless of the party they serve under. (I'll not say what I did two years ago about the whole lot of them)

BTW they were on strike late February/ beginning of March at a couple of refineries and no one batted an eye
