GMCA Thunderace -2 credits. Heinous crime of unsustainably overstepping jurisdiction. I think the above is an issue for the Home Secretary and the Minister of Offence. The only real issue that should concern the Transport department are the transport infrastructure changes that will come into effect when we apply sanctions to the rebellious northerners. Perhaps move Hadrian's wall to the northbank of the Thames? Further credits would have been deducted had the message not been well intended.

Your team will hopefully have noticed the enhanced credit tracking tags have been implemented.

GMCA = Formal Ministry set Credit adjustments.
ROCA = Potential Ride Out related Credit adjustments which will be considered reversible until ratified by other ride out attendees.

Speculative adjustments by interlopers and other unempowered individuals should be considered unsustainable and typically disregarded.

I believe plans are afoot to implement Partitioning of the North, re-ignite the war of the roses etc and prune you lot down to more manageable chunks. However all this unsustanable unpleasentness can be avoided if you just feel the love and join us.

I've been keeping an eye out but I believe there's only been about 4 adjustments, I shall probably update at some point tomorrow.
