Well, looking at the devastation, the state of the bike and the deer, you are very, very lucky to escape with only minor injuries.

All too often we hear of high speed collisions causing serious injury. Very glad you decided to buck the trend.

if there is a deer farm cant you claim against the farmer, surley the deer should be in some kinda fenced off area and not just wondering the roads.

thats the grey area, unless they are identified as belonging to the farm then theres nothing i can do. wild deer do visit captured deer especially during the breeding season so it could be a case of that.
i am working on it though, i happened to speak to someone in the catering trade today (ex brother inlaw) and he used to get his deer from there. this would mean they have to be tagged/branded or chipped i should imagine?

oh dear... (sorry I couldn't resist) Glad to hear you're relatively ok mate, the radio alarm clock went off this morning with local news reporting 3 fatalities on north yorks roads, then blue pete's post about the worst weekend of RTC's in a very long time, and now you mashing a deer in half... think its a sign mebbeh?

and another SRAD down! rip srad...
