Bad news sorry to hear that, glad you are ok though. Look on the bright side, at least it gives you a get out clause from riding the Falco, you could always get a decent SS600 now!! LOL

Sorry to hear about both your incidents......its getting colder out there, tyres take longer to heat up and people reactions times get slower with cold weather.
Hope both are back on the road soon enough.

Looks like the bike has been down before and the fairing repaired. Look at the pic and notice the difference in colour on the middle of the gashes... thats the old repair! hmmm.

Oops, only just seen this. Naughty Greek, trying to hide it in someone elses thread! Seriously though, I hope you are ok. Sad to see an injured Falco, I am a great supporter of the bike and am thinking about getting one myself!

Had a quote off Triumph for all new plastics, tank and minor pieces, approx 2 grand, not including VAT or labour.
Just had the assesor out looking at mine this morning, front sub-frame has snapped, rear sub-frame twisted, he pointed out a few other bits n bobs, probably looking in the region of 3k to put right. Write off it is .....now what shall i get next ![]() Another Daytona...i did like that bike, rode and handled lovely, was just the pillock on the bike. ![]() Z1000 Mille/Tuono Decisions decisions ![]() |
