Sorry to hear about both your incidents......its getting colder out there, tyres take longer to heat up and people reactions times get slower with cold weather.

Hope both are back on the road soon enough.

Looks like the bike has been down before and the fairing repaired. Look at the pic and notice the difference in colour on the middle of the gashes... thats the old repair! hmmm.

Was a false sense of security was my down fall In the dark with my nice lights, but going over a crest and into a turn and not seeing the damn turn. Sigh.

Me too, but TG's off has highlighted a problem with it. Virtually no spares on ebay.

It isnt too bad... The fairing and mounting are going to be worst Might have to look like a ratter for a while.

That rad would fit but its my left one thats bust I just bought these for £160 inc delivery for the pair then DANG not bad...

Had a quote off Triumph for all new plastics, tank and minor pieces, approx 2 grand, not including VAT or labour.

Just had the assesor out looking at mine this morning, front sub-frame has snapped, rear sub-frame twisted, he pointed out a few other bits n bobs, probably looking in the region of 3k to put right.
Write off it is .....now what shall i get next

Another Daytona...i did like that bike, rode and handled lovely, was just the pillock on the bike.
