Fieldsheer still exists in the States, they are based in San Juan, CA, but I believe the UK importer fell out with them about the same time as I bought my stuff. They were a good brand 10-15 years ago, but they've gone downhill by producing cheap crap in the far east.

The next set of textiles will be Goretex from a reputable brand, having said that will they last any longer than my FS stuff without leaking? Probably not. Anyway, this is a derail.

I think they will (5 year watertight guarantee rings a bell), however goretex trousers you're looking around £120+

Would love to attend but don't have any guarantees on when i can drive a car let alone be put through the pain of trying to ride again lol. So i'll try to attend next year, .... gutted (rest of you can have a sigh of relief at abit extra peace and quiet) :P
