Default When should the fan kick in. K3 SV1000

I was stuck in traffic the other day and the temp display went up to about 105 but the radiator fan was still not kicking in. Do I have a duff fan/stat/fuse/wiring or does it not kick in until later.

I did a quick search but could not find this info.

Cheers,
Mark

Mine kicks in at 105/106.

So long as it does not go too much higher than that then don't worry
