My other half has a faired black K5 and is looking around for a slip on to replace the gurt hunking original exhaust. We've had a look around and CCC seem pretty good. I think she's settled on getting a carbon exhaust, but hasn't settled on the style (round, oval etc).
What can you guys and girls recommend? Do you have a carbon exhaust and have some pictures of it? She'd love to have a look at what other people have got as seeing a picture of an exhaust on its own isn't really the same as seeing it on a bike ![]() Cheers! |

You've got to be a bit careful with carbon exhausts, the V twin pulses "can" damage them quite quickly. CCC are a good brand though. The best can I've heard on an SV is REMUS. Bit more pricey though.

Darn, didnt know about that! She doesn't want it to be too expensive really, thats the trouble. We had a look at a carbon Yoshimura TRS on ebay and it was £280 odd, which is kind of off putting when the CCC ones are around £165!
