Telling the time when riding...

I used to have an old keyfob with a digital watch glued onto it instead of the metal badge logo thing, if its a waterproof watch its fine in bad weather, I used this on two bikes for 10 years or more. What do the rest of you do for a timepiece? these ones you can buy look a bit pricey, I might just make another keyfob watch.

I just look at the clock on the bike... you know, the one in the LCD panel that also shows engine temp etc.

The method I use is as follows:
If its light then it is daytime
If it is dark it is night time

If you need a finer resolution that this it is also possible to discern the transition from dark to light and light to dark

i use a watch.....on my wrist. problem solved. time whereever you go

Cheap as chips casio digital watch fastened onto the top yoke.

Waterproof does the job.

en4rab...that doesn't work when you say to the misses 'I'll be back in a couple of hours' Although she now knows to double it before starting to worry.
