Yes indeedy. I train 4-5 times per week about an hour per session. I break my workouts down into these split:

Chest/Biceps

Back/Traps

Legs/Abs

Shoulders/triceps.

Works for me.

Of course diet is also hugely important so I make sure I'm getting good quality protein every 3 hours. Tough sometimes but I seem to manage it.

Spot danabnormal at the next meet I almost got into it but devoted my time to my project car instead and now it's gone to the SV. I really need to get into it to strengthen my body for crashes if anything.

Sad to say but I used to train alot - years ago I may add.
Just kinda got into the habit and the social side as the folks down the gym were a good laugh... then found that I was actually rather good at the whole lifting thing and was pursuaded to start seriously training folr under 21 powerlifting...

... then bust my leg and kinda never got back into it after that.

I could actually bench-press about 225lbs (just over twice my own body-weight at the time ) and manage 4 sets of 10 reps comfortably.
Bit of a freak really - as I still looked like a skinny little wretch too, just never seemed to put on the muscle bulk despite increasing the weight lifted.

Recently got a home gym thing and discovered that I can still bench more than my housemate - and he's 6'2" and 17 odd stone.

Just don't challenge me to arm-wrestling - I'll cheat and kick you in the shins as I never could get the proper technique down pat.

I lift some weights at least once a week, not the real heavy stuff though as I am not into bodybuilding just keeping myself fit.

That is surely a fake, there is a limit to how far muscle will grow!
