Default Does it matter where you do your CBT?

I am going to do my full bike licence at Academy training, but they do not have a place for me in the next week or so, and i want to get the CBT out of the way soon.
I have already booked the CBT at a different training centre, where i will not be doing my full licence.
Does it matter if i do the CBT at one place, and the full training at another? By this i mean will their training methods differ, and would it be better to stick to just one for all my training? Or is the CBT a pretty standard thing, that will be the same accross the board?

Thanks.

Nope not at all. You still get your pass cert after so it's fine

You can do the CBT wherever you like, you don't even have to present the certificate at the test anymore (I'm not sure since when, but definitely the last two years) as it's all on a computer.

All training centres do train differently, but to the same standard.
When I did my CBT Training at Cardington I was surprised at how different some instructors worked, but the outcome was the same.
I wouldn't bother worrying about where you do your test, just dont question the instructor if he does something different to what you did on your CBT, you might find his way easier.

As everyone else has said it makes no difference where you do your cbt. Just remember though, a lot of the time when doing cbt they are really not looking to fail you, a cbt is a training course as oppose to the test, they'll teach you the basics of riding on the road, and as you can see from all the chavy teens riding scooters it aint exactly hard. Training for the full licence will be a lot more in depth and strict i would rekon so its probably best to go into the training with a completely fresh mind and not think about how different it is to the cbt.

Enjoy!

I fell off got caught in a cross wind as winds were up to 120mph when I did it (they were very sketchy), kept my head up though, let me jeans + lower knee take the damage. It also hailed for an hour on my CBT, god my balls were ice cubes.

As Lone Wolf said, make sure your wearing proper trousers, I had a incredily sore knee for a good 2 weeks but didn't stop me passing my CBT and starting Restricted Access lessons As soon as I fell off I went out and bought some textile padded trousers.

Was first time I road a bike and they were very helpful, I had to do U-Turn which was took to like a duck to water.
