Default Bike theft figures

WHilst attending the bikesafe course last week i found out that on average only 35 motorbikes a year are stolen within the Central police area, most of them being off roaders.

Whilst this is reassuring I an now wondering if my £200 investment in an almax chain was worth it

Although off roaders and scoots are popular for nicking, normally cause easy to do and where used after nicked, other hots are race reps, specially if they are things like R1/6s etc that are used by privateers at tracks

Maybe it's the investment in Almax chains that keeps the figures so low?

hmm so that'll include the off roaders that were never recovered then.
