Default Uvex. Anyone used it?

Quite like the look of the Uvex touring kit. I'm looking for some decent 4 season waterproof stuff. Anyone ever used it before? Looks like good but not found any reviews for it at all.

Got Uvex jacket at Infinity warehouse sale last year. Worked well for nearly 400 dry but Very cold miles to Ponderosa on Boxing Day.
Couple of other really cold trips, but not tested in heavy rain until Applecross Double Dash where the heavens opened for three out of four days
Result? EPIC FAIL!! I know conditions were extreme, but coat was not waterproof. Yes I got very wet & cold but was I downhearted?
No - never had so much fun for a long time.

Was it not waterproof with the inner shell fitted or just not waterproof without the inner shell.

Did the trousers work?

Inner shell fitted, but the rain eventually got through.
Trouser are HG Bullsons & were quite a bit better before even they leaked.
Infinity had a squillion jackets but NO trousers. They assured me they would be in York shop but they spoke with forked tongue!
