Default Rear break Light unpluged.

hi
just put my sv for its first mot and only failed on the rear break light wasent working hadent realised this until they told me. well i bought a new switch and went to take the old one of and realised it had just come unpluged now iv had the torch out the seat up and the tank up and i can not find where its meant to plug to atall is so frustrating as it should be such a easy job, if any one could give me some advice on how to find it as it could of been unpluged for quite some time and sliped down some where.

Pointy or curvy?

Pointy has a plug under the pillion seat for when you remove the tail - just follow the wire down. Could be unplugged at the bars as well.

The plug is in the loom with the rear indy's so if you follow those wires you should be able to track it down.
If your looking for the rear brake switch thats attached to a spring tucked behind the heel plate I think?

when you reconnect the plug, once you have found it, wrap some insulation tape over it to prevent it from unplugging again.
