I just want to say, YEAH! And perhaps WOOOO!
Got made redundant in April, spent 8 weeks being told I was not good enough for even the most menial of jobs. Or that I was 'too qualified'. That sent me into a really dark place, not a good time for me and my lovely wife.
Finally I got a break, my sister in law works for a Telco company near me, 5 miles from home and told me there was a job going doing some admin work. Went for the interview and got the job as a Temp contractor for 3 months. My contract was due to end on the 30th of this month but I've just been told I am being made permanent. Such a relief and so, so happy. That is all. |
