Default Identify my GSXR400 please.

Hey all, just bought a GSXR400. Its on a 'M' Reg. I'm able to tell what year most suzuki's are post 2000 but what year model code would mine be?
Cant really find a way of finding out. Only need to know as I need to order a few parts for it.

Any way of typing in the VIN number or if any of the numbers refer to anything?

Cheers.

They got USD forks in 1990 IIRC, M model. Think the L had RWUs

Yeah, just checked the VIN and the first few digits are GK76A so its 1990 onwards.

Yeah USD forks, just need to try and pinpoint the year....

Because its an M reg i'm presuming that it has to be at the latest an august 1994 as even if its an import you cant make it appear newer than it is. So happy days

First job _ change ALL the carb o rings. This model is notorious for carb problems caused by shot o rings. Run beautifully once properly set up though and very quick to boot!
