Default Where to get that grippy rubber matting stuff which protects paintwork from panniers/tankbag etc?

I had a nicely sized sheet of the stuff for when fitting panniers to the bike, but gave my panniers to my old man when I had a break from riding. Now I've got the panniers back he can't find the rubber matt stuff.

Any ideas where I can get some? about 60cm x 30cm. Need it in time for GM this weekend

Non slip mat, like this?

Camping places will also sell it, and also shops like Home Bargains have it cheap etc.

Look in 'bargain' stores. Get mine from B&M store up here, £1.00 for a roll aboot 300mm x 600mm! Not sure if these stores are nationwide or just up here.
