Hi
Will standard length N model SS front brake lines be the right length to replace originals on a S model that i am fitting a CNC top yoke onto and are they the same fittings? Cheers Nik |

N brake lines are longer then S lines as on a N you have bars and on a S you have clip ons that are lower.
The York should not really make a diffrence as it will be the same as the OEM one. On the size of the fitting (bango bolt) I'm not sure if they are the same on each model as they have diffrent master cyclinders.

I realise the N has longer hoses i am just questioning if they will be long enough to accommodate going from standard clipons on the S to the CNC Top Yoke which is a conversion to give straight bars as on the N model. I recon i will need an extra 4" over the standard S length but not able to find any readings for N model against S model lengths. |

Did the conversion not come with brake lines or throttle cables ?? I'd say that they will not make it. When on full lock.

Iv looked for the lengths of the lines but can't find anything.
But I do know you can get longer ones for what you are doing

I've done it on mine. Uses "n" model brake lines.
