Default Omo any gas engineers/plumbers who can help me

Combi Boiler is working when I turn on central heating and downstairs hot water tap is fine and working the taps in bathroom for hot water are not, no water pressure at all. I have tried resetting the boiler eith no effect gound pressure guage which was low so tried turning tsp made a noise and needle just kept bouncing on the spot, moved a little then dropped back down and no change any suggestions.
Or any boiler engineers etc in preston, lancashire area who could give it a look over and service at end of month?

Try bleeding some radiators, you might have an airlock. Don't forget to add water back into your boiler after you have done this, to the pressure your boiler should be.

Radiators are on a different circuit to your hot water.
If it's more than one tap in your bathroom, i.e. sink and bath then it may well be an air lock.
If it's just one tap then the gubbins inside might have come apart leaving the washer stuck in the pipe effectively.
Sounds like a visit from a plumber is definitely in order.

I'd say a knackered tap as well.

If the heating works and the downstairs is ok then there's obviously no problem with the boiler/loop pressure etc.

Only just seen this, is it both basin and bath taps in the bathroom not working?
If it's just one tap then I would say it's the tap, I've lost count the amount times I've been called out for a broken tap etc and found either the washer has disintegrated or fallen off or the valve just needs stripping cleaning and re-greasing.
