Default wavey disks

I received a set of galfer waveys from buster accessories today, opened the box to find they had sent me a set with GSXR 600/750 on the box label. Have they made a mistake or will these fit. My bike is K4 sv650s

I through my old set out as they were buckled badly so I cant compare. I have it in my head that the original disks are flat but these are deep set which to me is wrong.

A quick answer would be great.

If they definitely won't fit I will get onto Busters in the morning.

Cheers Darryl

The originals ( sv650?) are dished and the GSXR ones are flat.

I've got a set of 'braking' wavy discs and they have the part number etched on them. I don't know if Galfer does the same but check and see if their is a part number on them in any case.

Cheers
Ben

old SV and old GSX-R discs are dished
new SV and new GSX-R are flat

Anyway, GSX-R discs are a larger diameter, 320 mm vs. 290 mm on the SV

The bolt spacing is different, so they just won't fit full stop. However, are you sure they're not GSXF600/750? Since saying GSXR 600/750 would make little sense since the same discs also fit all the thousands before radials too...

If any outcome should coe along which might lead to you having a set of cut price wavys for a Gixxer, let me know

I got it sorted today, the disks on a K3 are apparently dished as with the GSXR which are the same. the K4 which I have are flat so they are replacing me with a set of flat disks

Wrong
K2 or older are dished.

Anyway, doesn't matter as long as you're getting a replacement
