Default Fairing lowers

Just bought a set of fairing lowers ( from Ebay ). Is there a lot involved in fitting them ? Or just a few spanners and a torque wrench

Lo matey!

Lets put it this way, I don't know one end of a spanner from the other and much prefer bits an bytes to nuts and bolts and I fitted mine ok.

All i would say, is depending on condition/age of the bike I would recommend spraying some of your screws with WD prior to removal. I managed to de-thread my radiator bolt which was a pain!

But other than that, set of spanners, breaking bar, allen keys, torque wrench and some elbow grease you'll be fine!

Hi,

Yes I can agree having fitted a set to my 03 curvy. I'd reckon on about 45 mins. Everything fits well and they really do improve the look of the bike. No real tips as all relatively straightforward.
Good luck and enjoy!
