Default R&G Bar Ends

Just got these through the door.

Fitted, was a little confused as the cap screws supplied are much shorter than the

factoy supplied standard bar end screws.

So I re-used the factory ones on the new R&G ends.

Anyone else experienced this?

Fitted to K3 pointy.

Cheers

Use the old bolt to pull the nut from deep inside the bar, to the end of the bar. You no longer need the spacers or rubber bung, and screw the R&G bolt straight into the repositioned nut.

What are they like weight wise? Looking for heavier bar ends.

Hehe, sad man that I am.... I was going to weigh them.

Alas i didn't.

I'd say they are more or less the same as the factory fit ends.

Not much difference in them.

Cheers

The ones I have are a lot lighter... Ally insted of steel. Caddy2000, what bike do you have? Carbed model bar ends are bigger and heavier than injected ones, if memory serves... And if you've got an injected one, you can put weights in the bars. I'm guessing you probably have an injected one, since carbed ones have less vibration issues.
