Cheeper to go on your push bike and risk the london roads. Why not just go TP only for a car of that price.

Who's that with? Unfortunately its the same process as for bikes - ring round for loads of quotes.

I would try a diffrent insunracne company, even for cenral london that sounds expensive.

I'm not condoning doing it, But you can see why some people dont bother with insurance. Thats absolutly ridiculous, and what would your insurance comapny do if somebody hit your car. Yep they would write it off.

Have you tried some of those companies that opted out. I guess you did a search on confused.com ?

I found elephant reduced my insurance from £1200 £520 when I had my Golf.

Ha ha ha, with TP only the price went up by about £100!!!! The excess is more than the value of the car!

Reminds of when the second best quote for the daytona 650 I wanted was asking for £10,000!

I can't register it somewhere else as I won't be able to get a parking permit.

*******s. I have completely clean licence and everything (but that's because I passed on wednesday!).

Jeezuz, thats a lot for Insurance. Why do you reckon its is?

Is it because you live in London or you've got no NCB.
Have you made any claims recently?
