Well that first one isn't a Mini-Twin bike as that front suspension wouldn't be allowed.

Please educate me,why would those forks not be allowed? Does the suspension need to be close to standard equipment? I know nothing of the criteria for the category.

Some of those are US... I think #173 and #143are the SV Race Shop SV Cup bikes, #87's a SVRS one as well (at least, they built it). #143 is either Jarel or Kris riding, think it was Jarel. The green one has SVRS bits on, so I'd guess it's US as well.
